I felt very comfortable and confident driving with Bruce. I was very nervous to start driving and I would never of thought I would of driven home on my first lesson! I was really nervous about learning to drive, I put it off for a long time. But when I finally decided to do it I went with Bruce and I am so glad I did. I an a 40 something vet nurse, i would just like to say its never too late to take your driving test. I thought i would never do it.I booked some lessons with Bruce and hey presto i passed first time. Bruce is patient and fair with a good sense of humour. He made the lessons really enjoyable and gave me the confidence to take my test. I would recommend Bruce to anyone wanting to learn, he is a great person and a great teacher.

Bruce Ashley´s school of driving is well known in the Falmouth area,as you do before you start your lessons you check around to see who has a good rating. i rang Bruce and he fitted me in straight away, which i was very pleased about.He has helped me reach one of the most important milestones in my life, being able to pass my test and drive.he helped me with my theory test as well. he also let me learn at my own pace. he turned out to be a true friend of mine, not just a teacher.I cannot thank him enough. I have recommended him to all of my friends who want to drive. I am very proud to say i passed first time with the help of Bruce.

As a present for my 17th birthday my parents got me my first driving lesson with Bruce Ashley. My sister had already learned to drive with him and she passed second time. Bruce has been both patient and helpful. I feel I have learned to drive to a high standard. He has as a very gentle and professional approach. He bases the lesson around you,giving you different challenges to try each lesson. I passed first time and in all honesty, I couldn´t have asked for a better instructor! He made it fun and challenging!

Bruce is a great teacher! He is very good at pushing you forward, rather than doing the same thing over and over again. He is very friendly and very thorough, but it pays off when it comes to test day! When Bruce roleplays being an examiner, it makes the ´mock tests´ feel very real and thoroughly prepares you for the actual test.

I found my driving experience with Bruce Ashley an absolute and extremely beneficial. He was my only driving instructor and i passed first time.

I believe this was down to his calm and patient teaching. Bruce was reassuring and helpful at all times and i didn't feel pressured into doing something i was nervous of.

I started to learn with Bruce a few months after my 17th birthday, my first lesson he had me driving for the whole hour. He made me feel at ease and confident. I started learning to drive with Bruce just after my seventeenth birthday, I was really nervous to begin with, but Bruce made me feel so at ease i began to learn really quickly. He had me driving everywhere, i really got to know my way around this part of cornwall.I found his mock tests so helpful, when i took the real test i found it quite easy!



I am now the official Taxi driver for my family i drive them all over the place, I love it.

I had previously begun driving lessons with a different instructor, however i only completed about five hours with her then decided to quit, as she didn`t make the experience of driving, easy or enjoyable for me and resorted to shouting and in some cases swearing whenever i made a mistake.

I had heard about Bruce`s Driving School from my sisterand sister-in-law, who both passed first time with him previously, so i decieded to book with Bruce after passing my Theory test, I really got into the swing of driving through Bruce`s professional,friendly,patient and personal skills, I passed last week with 5 minors, i really would recommend anyone to bruce that wishes to learn. Top quality instructor, thanks for everything!:)

I had lessons with another instrutor where i felt dejected after each lesson, but then i went with Bruce and he made every driving lesson enjoyable and left me geared for the next one. If it wasn`t for Bruce`s reassuring and calm approach to driving i would`nt of passed at all. He isn`t just intersested in your ability to drive but you as a person so you can guarantee you`ll end up with another friend. 10/10 for you bruce, Thank you very much!

Bruce made learning to drive so much fun, he never asked me to do anything i was,nt ready for. The routes we used took me to all the local towns, so i felt i really knew where i was going after i passed my test. I used to notice other driving schools parked up at the kerb, they would still be there 20 minutes later. We never did that,i think thats why i learned to drive so quickly. practice does make you perfect!

I had two previous instructors before I went with Bruce. The difference was amazing! He was really patient and explained everything in a way I could understand. One of my last instructors would get angry and start shouting if I didn't get it right. Bruce would just laugh it off and we would try again until I understood what I needed to do. I passed first time with 2 minors....top marks to Bruce!
